Shipping Policy

We ship from the USA, and every order is packed with care.
Because we’re a small-batch studio, please allow a little time for us to hand-pour, finish, and safely pack your items before they head your way. Every item is poured and packed in small batches, so thank you for your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Processing Time (Before It Ships)

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • During new drops, sales, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer
  • If we need to reach you about your order, we’ll email you (so keep an eye on your inbox)

Shipping Time (After It Ships)

Shipping speed depends on the option you choose at checkout, but most USA orders arrive within 2–7 business days after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Schedule (Heat-Safe Shipping)
To help protect your candles and fragrance products during warmer weather, we typically ship orders Monday–Wednesday. This helps reduce the chance of packages sitting in transit over the weekend. We may ship outside of this window when temperatures allow.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided once your order ships
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to start moving after the label is created

Shipping Rates (USA)

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders $75+
  • $4.99 Standard Shipping on orders $25–$74.99
  • $7.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $25

We keep rates simple and fair, so you always know what to expect.

Retail orders use the rates above. Wholesale shipping is handled separately and quoted based on order size + destination.

Address Accuracy (Please Double Check)

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once updated shipping is covered.

Heat & Cold Weather Note (Candles + Wax)

We pack to protect your order, but extreme temperatures during transit can affect wax products.

  • If your wax arrives soft from the heat, let it rest at room temperature
  • If it arrives cold, allow it to warm up naturally before use
    (This typically doesn’t affect performance — just appearance.)

Damaged Packages

If something arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number + clear photos of:
  • the item(s),
  • the packaging,
  • and the shipping label

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” it’s in the carrier’s hands. If you believe it’s missing:

  • Check around your delivery area + with neighbors/household members
  • Then contact the carrier with your tracking number
    If you still need help, email us — we’ll do what we can on our end.
