Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right. Because our products are handmade in small batches, lightly used items cannot be returned.
Returns + Refunds
You may request a return for an exchange or refund within 20 days of your purchase date. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
Returns must be sent only after receiving an RMA number. To start a return, email us at Hello@InGoodScents.com, and we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with next steps.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing something, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@InGoodScents.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, but typically post within a few business days.
Notes
Because we’re a small-batch studio, some items may have slight natural variation — that’s normal and part of the handmade process. If you’re unsure about something before ordering, please reach out — we’re happy to help.
